14-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
· Be unused and unworn
· Be in the same condition as received
· Include original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable
· Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return

Please securely package the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.
Step 4 – Ship the Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Christoci is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
· Opened, used, or damaged products caused by customer use
· Personalized or customized items
· Gift cards
· Clearance or final sale items
· Products returned without original packaging where applicable

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
